Hooghly District Travel and Tourism : Chandannagar Strand

Chandannagar Strand is a decorated pavement 1 km long and 7 m wide. The Strand is adorned with lights and surrounded by lush green trees. Many multi-storied office buildings which dot the area and the Vivekananda Mandir, a meditation center, add to the Strand's significance.
