Arambagh is a sub-division under Hooghly District of the
state of West Bengal in India with its headquarter at Arambagh
Town. Arambagh is located 61.61 km distance from its District
Main City Chinsurah. It is located 70 km distance from its
State Main City Kolkata. The river Damodar forms the eastern
boundary of the Arambagh Sub-Division. The main communication
medium from Kolkata is by train upto Tarakeswar and then by
